Dear Friends of Medlin Cemetery,

We hope that you will join us for a time of getting acquainted, sharing information and learning about the business of the cemetery. We are changing our meeting format a bit this year. The officers will be present from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. to answer questions, help you locate the graves of friends or family members, or just visit.

We will convene the business meeting at 2:00 p.m. The agenda includes reports on finance and maintenance, paving needs, and a minor change to the bylaws. Nominations for 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, and Secretary will be presented. If you wish to nominate someone, please be sure that they are members of the Association and that you have their permission. Accomplishments this year include the installation of new columbaria and planting trees as well as locating unmarked graves in the Historic Section and leading a tour of the Cemetery. Your questions and input concerning cemetery business are always welcome.

Please consider volunteering and/or donating to Medlin Cemetery, a 501(c)(13) tax-exempt cemetery organization. You may indicate your interest on the enclosed form and return it in the envelope provided. Your support as a member is greatly appreciated! We have also included cemetery guidelines for your convenience.

We are grateful for the school groups and community volunteers as well as family members who help with clean-up and small projects. We appreciate their honoring Medlin Cemetery with their gifts of time and energy!

· Saturday, December 19, 11:00 a.m., Wreaths Across America Event
